Proof Social Bakehouse was created by Tap Social Movement.
Founded in 2016, Tap Social Movement is a social enterprise brewery and hospitality organisation that provides paid training and employment to people in prison. Tap currently has three hospitality venues: The Market Tap, Tap Social Taproom, and Lock29 in Banbury. To date, the organisation has worked with over 40 ex-offenders directly on site, offering more than 85,000 hours of paid employment.
Our head bakers, Paul Dickinson and Nick Bentley, both joined us with more than ten years of experience under their aprons, including as pastry development chefs with Michelin star experience.
